At OKO, we don’t just bottle sealant—we engineer it. Unlike most in the industry, we have full in-house R&D and production, giving us the rare ability to create bespoke formulas for partners with unique environmental challenges. From ultra-fine fibre structures to freeze resistance and high-speed flow performance, we’re constantly testing for seal strength, reactivity, durability, and tyre compatibility—because no two terrains (or tyres) are the same, and we believe your sealant should be just as specialised as the job it’s protecting.
The OKO LAB
Our in-house lab in the UK is where every OKO formula begins. It’s a place for experimenting, stress testing and refining—where science meets real-world demands to create sealants you can rely on.
Flow Testing
We test every blend to ensure it flows perfectly under pressure, at speed, and in all climates. The goal? A sealant that coats consistently, activates instantly, and never clogs.
Rubber Strength
We test our sealant against the materials it’s protecting—tyre rubbers of every grade and density. We ensure our formulas bond securely without degrading, cracking or interfering with casing integrity.
Puncture Reactivity
Speed matters. Our formulas are tuned to react immediately to punctures, forming a strong, elastic seal in seconds—tested under pressure to ensure minimal air loss and lasting protection.
