Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that is stored in your browser. Cookies let us recognise your browser, keep the website working as you expect, and – if you agree – understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Your choices

When you first visit oko.com, a cookie banner asks for your permission before we use any cookies that are not strictly necessary. You can accept, decline or manage your preferences there, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link on the banner or by clearing cookies in your browser. Declining non-essential cookies does not stop you using the website or buying from us.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary. These are needed for the website and our online shop to work – for example to keep items in your basket, to process checkout securely, to remember your cookie choices and to protect against fraud. They are set by Shopify, the platform that runs our shop, and cannot be switched off.

Preferences. We remember the language you are viewing and whether our online shop delivers to your country, so the website shows the right content as you move between pages. This is stored only for your browsing session.

Analytics. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to count visitors and see how they move around the website, which helps us make it easier to use. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Marketing. With your consent, we may use cookies from advertising partners to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to show you relevant OKO advertising on other websites.

Other information

Like most websites, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, operating system and browser type for security and system administration. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

To find out more about cookies, including how to control and delete them in your browser, visit allaboutcookies.org. For details of the cookies used by our shop platform, see Shopify’s cookie policy.
