Questions

HOW DO I USE IT?

Apply OKO through the valve by first removing the valve core using the remover tool integrated into the OKO bottle cap or injector. Inject the recommended amount of sealant through the valve stem, then reinstall the valve core and inflate the tyre to the motorcycle manufacturer’s recommended pressure. Always apply the sealant to new or fresh tyres, for long-term protection and maximum effectiveness.

IS OKO SAFE FOR ME AND MY ENVIRONMENT?

OKO On Road Motorcycle is classified as non-hazardous and is safe for transport by air, sea, or land.

OKO operates under ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) certified management systems, reflecting our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST IN MY TYRE?

OKO remains active inside the tyre for its service life and helps extend overall tyre lifespan by at least 20% under normal operating conditions.

Even in the absence of punctures, OKO helps maintain correct tyre pressure while reducing internal heat build-up, supporting cooler running and more consistent tyre performance.

DOES OKO WORK WITH MULTIPLE PUNCTURES?

Yes. OKO is designed to seal multiple punctures within the tread area. Only a small amount of sealant is used to seal each puncture, allowing continued protection throughout the tyre.

CAN I PUMP MY TYRE UP WITH THE SEALANT ALREADY IN IT?

Yes. OKO is typically installed with the tyre deflated and the tyre is then inflated normally after application.

If any residual sealant is present in the valve stem, ensure it is clear before inflating to allow unrestricted airflow. Inflate the tyre to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure.

When installing OKO, remove the valve core using a valve core remover (VCR), then reinstall it securely before reinflating the tyre.

FOR WHICH TYRES CAN I USE OKO ON ROAD MOTORCYCLE?

OKO On Road Motorcycle is suitable for use in tubeless on-road motorcycle tyres, including crossover tyres fitted to dual-purpose or on/off-road machines.

HOW DOES THE SEALANT WORK?

Installed preventatively inside the tyre, the sealant stays in liquid suspension and activates the instant a puncture happens. Air pressure forces OKO into the hole, where it forms a strong, flexible, airtight seal within seconds — helping maintain tyre pressure, stability and rider control.

HOW FAST DOES IT WORK AFTER APPLYING?

Straight away. Once the tyre is inflated, rotate it or ride a short distance so the sealant spreads evenly around the inside of the tyre. From then on it seals tread-area punctures as they happen, while you are riding.

WHAT SIZE OF PUNCTURE WILL IT SEAL?

OKO On-Road Motorcycle instantly and permanently seals multiple tread-area punctures up to 5 mm. It seals the tread area only — sidewall damage cannot be sealed by any tyre sealant.

IS THERE A SPEED OR TYRE RESTRICTION?

It is formulated for tubeless tyres at sustained road speeds up to 130 km/h / 80 mph, which covers commuter, touring, delivery and daily-use motorcycles, scooters and mopeds. It is not suitable for ultra-low-profile racing tyres or for off-road use — OKO Off-Road is the formula for that.

WILL IT FREEZE IN COLD WEATHER?

No, not in normal winter conditions. OKO On-Road Motorcycle has a freezing point of between -16 °C and -24 °C, so it stays liquid and working through the cold. Store unopened containers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
